The shellfish constable training program is offered periodically for certification as detailed in the Massachusetts General Laws  Ch 130 s 98:

A person having successfully completed the shellfish wardens training course at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy as certified by said academy, shall be considered qualified by training and experience in the field of shellfishery management and shall be eligible for appointment as a shellfish constable or deputy shellfish constable.

The 2022 Constable Training program has completed.  It is not anticipated that another training will be offered in the near future.

Plans for future training sessions are currently being drawn up with the Board of Directors.
