RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Along the Commonwealth's 1,105 miles of coastline there are 41,510 acres of tidal flats providing spawning, nursery and feeding areas for our shellfish.  MSOA acts a a conduit for education to Shellfish Constables so they may provide the best management practices to protect and enhance these marine resources.  Some other educational skills provided deal with law enforcement and public safety.
