The Massachusetts Shellfish Offices Association, a non-profit organization of municipal representatives, has established a financial assistance program. Senior High School students enrolled in a higher education Marine Biology program and that are residents of a city or town that sponsors a representative to the M.S.O.A. (see listing) are eligible to apply for an award.
